We invite you to take a moment to join us for a 45 minute Pilates flow focused on alignment and breath.

This class is part of a series of mat Pilates classes focused on nervous system regulation.

45 min classical mat Pilates flow

Itinerary

  • We will start this session with a 5 minute meditation to ground you and set your intention for class

  • You will be guided through a 45 min intentional mat pilates flow, working the entire body. This week we are focusing on alignment and breath.
